Ovo poché com flor de quiabo em nuvem de tapioca.

O ovo poché foi feito no filme plástico para permitir a adição de sabores, neste caso, o azeite, o sal defumado e as ervas. A flor de quiabo foi passada 2 minutos no vapor.

Poached egg with okra flower  and cloud of tapioca.
The poached egg was done in plastic film to permit the addition of flavors, in this case olive oil,  smoked salt and herbs. The okra flower was cooked two minutes in the steam.
